Outside Magazine included Gerber’s freshwater Magniplier tool in the September issue’s Dispatch. Focusing on what gear is needed when you head out on a fishing trip, the 7.5″ pliers made the cut alongside a variety of gear from nets to waders. The Magniplier is the only tool included in the line-up, with the magazine calling out that an angled nose means “your hand doesn’t block your view of the hook”.
